The municipality of Castro Daire will organise on May 24th an innovative activity in the dazzling Bugalhão Forest, located in Picão, Montemuro Mountain, only half an hour away from Viseu. The goal of this sustainable event is to dive in the heart of Nature, benefiting from all its soothing effects.
This activity is called "Sensorial Baths" and its consists of a spiritual awakening within the surrounding natural landscape. A way to rediscover the senses and to relax deeply. This is the perfect antidote against the stressful daily life. A privileged way to breathe the involving Nature and to hear the inspiring sound of silence.
The participants of this activity are the students of the schools of Castro Daire. All the health norms and recommendations of the Portuguese Health Authority will be strictly followed.
