From December 7th 2021 to January 9th 2022, Sabugal will showcase the biggest natural crib in Portugal. A magical recreation of the Bethlehem crib, as well as a great opportunity to feel the uniqueness of this festive season.
Covering an area of 1.100 sq meters, Sabugal crib was totally conceived with natural elements, such as chestnut logs, ivy and moss. This crib recreates several biblical scenes in a such a scale that visitors can be part of it.
Next to the magnificent Sabugal castle, a Christmas market will be held, as well as several season-related activities. A sign of these times is that this Christmas market will also be online, namely on the SmartFarmer website.
