The Mountain Village of Videmonte has an identity strongly influenced by the rye culture. Céu and Manuel Proença created the project called Vim do Monte, combining the purest tradition with the evolution of time. This is why they have opened their doors to all who, by appointment, wish to learn more about bread making.
This is a bread that joins the mastery of the people, with the rye harvested in the most beautiful altitude fields of Serra da Estrela. Visits to the oven are open every Friday.
