The wine list of the restaurant is exclusively dedicated to Beira Interior wine region.
The area of Beira Interior wines comprises over 16 thousand hectares of vineyards, as well as great variety of vine varieties, namely the white vine varieties: Síria, Arinto and Fonte Cal and the red vine varieties: Tinta Roriz, Rufete, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Jaen.
